Do you offer jewelry repairs?

Yes, we do. We offer our repair service with all our beaded jewelry. Please keep in mind we only service our own jewelry line due to the fact that each beaded necklace needs to be replaced with the same or similar beads. However, if you are in need of a repair and you have not bought your jewelry from us, please contact us by sending us a message with a photo of your jewelry needing repair. We will need to see if we have the right beads and materials to make your loved jewelry whole again.

Are the gemstone beads good quality?

All gemstone beads used in our beaded necklaces are A-AAA quality. They are either handcut or machine cut, but all are top clarity.
