At Viktoria Simone we want you to be happy with the products you purchase. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know. We will do our best to remedy the problem.
Request a Return or Exchange
If you choose to return or exchange the product for another, please make sure to let us know your preference.
You must return the product within 30 days of purchase in order for your return to be accepted. Each return must have an RMA# on the package to be accepted. Please make sure to place your RMA number on the outside of the return package where it is clearly visible.
Shipping Costs
In case of returns or exchanges, please note, that actual shipping costs will be deducted from the returned/credited amount.
Packaging
Returned items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is not returned in original condition and in packaging.
Product on Sale
Products on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
